Dr Ali is a Specialist Rehabilitation Physician with interest in the management of persistent pain and musculoskeletal conditions. He has practised Pain Medicine at different hospitals including St Vincent’s hospital and Monash Health. He has also consulted at LiveWell Pain Management Clinic and the north Queensland Persistent Pain Management Service for two years.
Dr Ali graduated in 2004 and obtained a Certificate in Internal Medicine in 2014 from the Royal College of Physicians (UK) which broadened his clinical scope, particularly in diagnostic medicine. He has undertaken fellowship training in spasticity management in Canada where he is also gaining further experience in musculoskeletal care, early-phase Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and peripheral nerve interventions for both pain and spasticity.
Dr Ali is deeply aware of the challenges faced by individuals living with chronic pain and is committed to delivering compassionate and supportive care to his patients and their families. He is fluent in Arabic.
